Jeffrey J. Bailey, the founder and president of Seraco Inc., has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and delivering technically demanding industrial products and solutions. Jeff is a business development technical executive and has supplied global automotive customers in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Jeff's diverse background includes the acquisition of an automotive division of a publicly held company via a management buyout. This business was subsequently sold to a large multi-national organization. His experience includes all aspects of managing a business, including sales, operations, banking relationships, IT, finance, cash management, and investor relations.
Jeff is a persuasive communicator across multiple cultures and diverse backgrounds, with the ability to explain technical subjects in an informative manner that is easily understood. He is a mechanical engineer with an MBA and possesses the business expertise to drive technical developments while building a commercial pipeline.
Jeff works and resides in North Carolina, USA with his wife and 4 daughters.
